I'm really sorry, guys, but I'm not going to be able to continue Sordid City Blues. I've been in denial about this for a while, but I'm distracted by fatherhood, I'm disillusioned with web comics, and my daughter has changed my life and beliefs enough that I'm having trouble relating to my characters and their storylines. But most importantly, I'm not having fun any more. I may return to SCB one day, but for now I'm leaving the comic where it is. I'm very sorry that I did this in the middle of a story arc; I should have stopped after Road. Anyway, any other projects I do will be linked prominently from this site. Also, I just finished prepress on the collection of my Road story arc. It should be available from Comixpress soon. |

So obviously, Yoshimi and Barkey are now colored people.
No, wait... Well, you know what I mean. Anyway, this plot arc will be about the band, and I didn't want everything to be blue-blue-blue all the time. I'm also out of primaries to designate my primaries with, so this may be a hard limit on major characters, though I guess I could use brown or grey, if I felt I needed to.
Some of you may have noticed that I had forums for, like, two days. But I had already started to get spam, and anyway, I don't have time to be a forum administrator, so I took 'em down.
