Sordid City Blues is on indefinite hiatus so that I can focus on family life. I'll most likely return to it when my daughter is older, at least to wrap things up. I'll also be working on some less deadline-driven projects offline; anything relating to those will be announced here. Thank you all for your readership. -- Charles Schneeflock Snow

That's a Boys anti-tank rifle behind Luther's head. What? A lot of people in rural Virginia have Panzer problems.

My good friend Cathy Leamy has finally entered the world of web comics, and is doing the art for Planet Wifey. If you can get a hold of her minis, you should. They are brilliant.

You know, when I started Sordid City Blues, I wanted to create the best comic about faith that had ever been written (having apparently conveniently forgotten about A Contract with God). Unfortunately, I recently learned that this comic has already been drawn (again). Rice Boy is simply amazing, a graceful, original fantasy comic that shows an unusually light hand in handling exposition. Stop reading my comic, and go read it now. I'm serious.

Then come back and finish reading mine.

"When anyone is disturbed or saddened under the pretext of a good and soul-profiting matter, and is angered against his neighbour, it is evident that this is not according to God: for everything that is of God is peaceful and useful and leads a man to humility and to judging himself." -- St. Barsanuphius the Great
